There are only 12 students enrolled per class, with 2 teachers, creating an intimate and meaningful learning environment. 

forest kindergarten options at woodsong:

for ages 3-6

9:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon: 

2 days a week       (T/Th)         $230 monthly

3 days a week      (M/W/F)     $345 monthly

The Forest Kindergarten Experience

• Children arrive dressed for the outdoors at 9:00, and the program begins at 9:15.

• Woodsong has a 1:6 Teacher/Student Ratio

• Our school year begins the day after labor day, running September-May with Thanksgiving, Christmas, Spring Break, and other holidays aligned with the Bradley County School Calendar.

• Tuition may be paid monthly, or the total year's tuition may be paid in advance. Monthly payments are due the first of each month, with the first month's amount paid in advance.

• A non-refundable registration fee of $150 will be due with enrollment (see details in the enrollment process).

• Our half-day program is completely outdoors and focused on exploratory play and learning.

• All learning is seasonal and nature-based, and connected to the children's daily outdoor discoveries. We incorporate best practices in Early Childhood Education with a holistic approach including Reggio Emilia, Waldorf, and other inspiring teaching philosophies.
